How much does a return cost?
Individual returns start at the price shown on our pricing page, and we confirm the full price before we start. Business returns are quoted after a short call.
What do I need to get started?
Last year's return, your income documents such as W-2s and 1099s, and details of anything that changed this year. Your portal builds the exact list from your answers.
Do I have to come to the office?
No. Everything works online, from uploading documents to signing. You are welcome to come in if you prefer, and you can book a time in a minute.
How do I send my documents safely?
Upload them in your portal. They are encrypted, only your preparer and you can open them, and every view is recorded. Please do not email tax documents.
How long does a return take?
Most individual returns are ready within a few business days of us having everything. You can follow the stage in your portal at any time.
What if the IRS contacts me?
Send us the letter through the portal. We read it, explain it in plain words and tell you what to do next.
