Our service

We prepare tax returns based on the information and documents you give us. We do not audit or verify them, and we rely on them being complete and accurate.

Your part

You agree to give us complete and accurate information, to review your return before signing it, and to keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what is on your filed return.

Fees

The price is agreed before work begins and is due when your return is ready. Returns are released once the invoice is settled.

Cancelling

You may stop at any time. Work already done is charged at the price agreed for it.

Limits

We are not liable for penalties or interest caused by information that was not given to us, or given late. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the work in question.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always appears on this page.
