How your documents and details are protected.
Encryption
Documents are encrypted before they are stored and decrypted only when you or your preparer open them. Traffic to the site uses HTTPS.
Access
Only the staff working on your return can open your file. Every view, download and reveal of sensitive details is written to an audit log the firm can review.
Sign-in
Every account, staff included, uses two-step sign-in. Sessions time out, and we alert you by email about new sign-ins.
Payments
Card details go straight to our payment provider and never touch our server.
